Mr. Dylas is a character for a famous shopping mall Akropolis based in Lithuania. His name was created from the English word  DEAL.
Mr. Dylas was used to promote sales of spring and winter. He explains in the metaphorical world that there is actually no better deal than in this mall. 
There was a lot of series of Mr. Dylas, in this case, there is a Spring Deal. There are nice art direction details, funny animal integration, and vignette design.
